Thank you for shopping at Little Houses by ArtEva. Because our products are handmade with love and great care, please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason — but only for eligible items (see exceptions below).

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with EU consumer law:

Personalised items — any product ordered with a name engraved, embroidered, or added in any form ("With Name" variants). These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Made-to-order items — products that require 5–8 business days of crafting time, as these are produced exclusively upon your request.
Custom orders — any item where a specific colour, fabric, wallpaper, or other customisation was requested.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

For items that are eligible for return (standard "Without Name" in-stock products), the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition, exactly as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
The item must arrive back to us undamaged. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior communication may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our suitcase dollhouses are made from carefully selected cardboard and natural materials. Despite careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately upon receipt.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@littlehousesbyarteva.com with your photos and order number.
We will do our best to offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a remedy.

Colour & Material Variations

Each Little Houses by ArtEva piece is entirely handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, fabric pattern, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for a return.

Screen colours may also vary slightly from the actual product depending on your device settings.
